RETURN POLICY:
Custom Designed Leather
If you order a custom item we design the item using your measurements and specifications. Please
read our custom measurement page and measure carefully.
Payment in full is required via Credit Card, Cash, Canadian
Cheque or Money Order. Custom designed leather may take 10-12
weeks for completion.
All Other Items
Other leather items ordered are
standard sizes and may be returned for EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
ONLY. Items must be return-shipped within 14 days of
receiving the item to qualify for exchange or credit. Please
note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and
shipping costs of the new item.
PAYMENT POLICY:
All Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Taxes: 5% GST and 7% PST
will be added to orders.
We accept Credit Card, Cash, Canadian Cheque or Money
Order. There is a $25. charge for NSF cheques.
SHIPPING:
The cost to ship will be added to all orders. Within Canada the cost is usually around $15.00
Please enquire about shipping costs to the USA or overseas.
